The SA CASETA estate is located in a beautiful and peaceful rural area between the villages of Santa Maria and Buñola at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains. Just a few minutes from the center of Santa Maria, we reach this idyllic and peaceful property. The house is furnished in a simple and rustic style, yet very functional and lovingly furnished. The house has a living area of approximately 120 m² spread over two floors and houses a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms (1 shower, 1 en suite/shower, 1 shower over bathtub). Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor (1 x double bed 1.50 x 1.90 m, 1 x single bed 0.90 x 1.90 m), and the third bedroom is on the first floor (1 x double bed 1.40 x 1.80 m). Two of the bathrooms are on the ground floor, and the third on the first floor is an en suite bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the entrance with spacious areas such as an entrance hall with a table and chairs, a mezzanine for relaxing with a book, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is connected to a room that houses a built-in barbecue with a table and chairs and the dishwasher, and opens onto the outdoor terraces. The washing machine and dryer are located in a room next to the main house. The covered terrace next to the house is a lovely corner with a table and chairs, and from here, you can access the fantastic outdoors, which offers a beautiful and very large garden. The private saltwater pool measures 9 m x 4 m (depth 0.90 x 1.80 m) and has sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for cooling off after sunbathing. One of the highlights is a small pool house with gym equipment and an elevated pool house for the little ones to play. There is also a bicycle storage area. So, this property is simply ideal for all types of vacations, whether for family, friends, or sports enthusiasts. The town of Santa Maria is just minutes away.
