On the mainland, the port city of Rijeka and the Risnjak National Park are worth visiting. The sea is only 600 m from the home, as are restaurants and grocery stores. There is a tennis court 1 km away.

We arrived in the evening, in the rain. The owner was quickly ready and helped unload the car after he showed us around the house. Nice view. Silo is a small town with a bay for nice swimming and snorkeling. You walk down from the house to the bay, unfortunately, so also up when you go back. But you have to pay for it.
Key to collect in rental office. I had to search and was already closed when we arrived. We did have a mobile phone number. The lady has called the owner. He drove us forward, otherwise we would never have found it. Well fine. Blessed terrace with BBQ. Beautiful coast. Beautiful nature. The Pitvitch lakes / waterfalls are really recommended. An excursion by boat to Rab was also worthwhile. 1 week was enough.
Simply put, a wonderful experience, The tranquility of the area was just what we needed, and the proximity to Rijeka made day trips easy,
Great location just a stone's throw from the beach, The terrace was fantastic for morning coffee, The hosts were friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant stay,
If you're looking for a peaceful escape, this is it, The area is quiet, yet there are plenty of activities nearby, The nearby marina was lovely for an evening stroll,
Ruim en goed ingericht! De drie slaapkamers waren ideaal voor onze groep en de buitenruimte bood voldoende privacy. Ook was het fijn dat er fietsen beschikbaar waren. Het enige nadeel was dat we graag langer hadden willen blijven!
