This large detached holiday home / chalet for a maximum of 18 people is located in Hollersbach in Pinzgau in Salzburgerland, offers a direct access to the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen ski area and is ideal for larger groups or families.
The holiday home / chalet offers a large living room with 2 seating areas, a separate dining room with a large dining table, an open, modern fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a ski room with ski boot warmers. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies (1 bedroom has several bunk beds), on the second floor there are 4 further bedrooms, all with their own balconies, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as another bathroom. There is also a terrace and a garden to relax on, as well as 3 parking spaces.
The small, romantic town of Hollersbach in the upper Salzach Valley is the southernmost entry point to the well-known Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen / Mittersill (KitzSki) ski area with 160 km of slopes and 57 lifts. The equally popular Pass Thurn ski area with 181 km of slopes is about 20 km away.
Hollersbach, the herb, art and culture village, is located in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park region in the Zell am See district and offers numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A highlight is the Larmkogel, 11 km away, a mountain peak that is definitely worth seeing, while on the Pihapper, 16 km away, you will feel like you are on top of the world! The holiday region also offers numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities. You can cool off in the nearby Hollersbach bathing lake. Alternatively, the outdoor pools in Mittersill, Mühlbach and Stuhlfelden offer plenty of bathing fun! Do you prefer to play golf? In nearby Mittersill (4 km) you will find an 18-hole golf course.

We really had a great weekend in the holiday home. Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable.
The location is excellent and the house is equipped with all modern comforts, but perhaps more suitable for winter sports enthusiasts than a summer residence with (young) children. In bad weather, the living space is (too) small for 17 people. The outdoor space is limited and the front door is 3m from a road where cars pass rather quickly (nearby Gasthof Sahnealm is busy with customers ...).
Beautiful house... but clean appearances. 3 televisions in the house, don't do it at all or can only display internet. But what's even worse is that the next door contacts say she knows that and that they are just administrators and can't do anything for us. Kind of, yeah sorry, but uh... just figure it out. Coming into contact with Belvilla afterwards is completely jerky. They hide behind a telephone number that is unreachable, because you always reach the administrator via website, email, etc. Would you like to leave a nice review for the future? How about... shitty feeling?

The house and landscape are an absolute dream. It is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. I would book it again at any time.
Fire place in a bedroom, super fancy though we never used it during our stay. Super fancy kitchen. Nice living room which is great for discussions, also has a big tv where we could wirelessly mirror the screen. Really good overall.
