This beautiful, sunny detached chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located in Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland, and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The chalet has a huge living room with a modern, open kitchen. From the living room and kitchen you have access to the large balcony, which is on the sunny side. The chalet also offers 5 large bedrooms, spread over 3 floors, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished in the style of the house. The chalet also has its own wellness area with sauna and a ski room with ski boot warmer. There is ample parking at the chalet.
In summer as well as in winter, Mühlbach am Hochkönig, part of the Unesco Geopark "Ore of the Alps", is an ideal starting point for your vacation! There are many opportunities for mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders and those seeking peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. In winter, you can reach the slopes of the Hochkönig ski area in just a few minutes by car, a ski area with guaranteed snow and more than 120 km of slopes as well as numerous picturesque mountain huts. The family and small ski areas of Hinterreit and Hochkeil also offer a special charm.
In summer, the outdoor pool in Mühlbach, the Sommerstein adventure outdoor pool in Maria Alm, the Seespitz and Thumersbach lidos on Lake Zell in Zell am See or Lake Goldegg offer plenty of bathing fun!
There are enough shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants right in the town, and you can reach the state capital of Salzburg in around 1 hour by car.

The location of the house is great. Very clean. Parking for three cars a bit difficult (very close to the road). Crockery/cutlery for 12 people a bit poor (especially coffee spoons - only three available). Radio/wireless speakers would also be an advantage. In the lower bathroom, the mold in the shower should be removed as soon as possible. Despite everything a great holiday.
Hezký dům, dispozičně výborně řešený. Pohodlné sedačky v obývacím pokoji. Poloha ideální, skvělé místo na pěší i cyklovýlety a v blízkosti lanovky. V domě trochu chybí: věci na běžný úklid (koště, lopatka). V kuchyni chybí malé lžičky, tablety do myčky a mycí prostředek.
The location is good, you can drive to the slopes in 5 minutes. Very nice ski area. The house is fine. The cleanliness could have been better. Cups and plates were partly very dirty. The stones in the sauna produced a very unpleasant smell and should be replaced. Overall would book again.
Wonderful family time! We really enjoyed our short vacation! Everything was perfect!
It was a really beautiful accommodation. The amenties of the accomdation, like sauna, balkonies and fireplace were really great. The only improvements that I identifieded would be: - Maybe some firewood (could bei added to the renting Prince) - Salt and pepper- Soap at in the bath roomsI will devenetly come again 😊👍
