Great internal courtyard, parking in close proximity to the building.

The property is very well-maintained and quiet. The many mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance. The accommodation was very nice, clean, and matched the description.

The location was good and it is a nice, small-scale park. Unfortunately, the chalet was somewhat neglected and not really clean. It is in urgent need of maintenance. A few issues we encountered: the front door opened and closed awkwardly, it was not properly aligned in the frame. We couldn't close the patio doors at all. The showerhead didn't stay in its holder, it kept falling down, so you could only hold it. The key box was broken, the sink in the toilet was clogged, there was no light in the bedroom nightlight, lime scale in the kettle, mold in the corners of the shower, very dirty, and I could go on like this. Outside was also not great. There were dirty pots with half-dead plants and unkempt garden furniture without cushions. There was one cushion but it didn't fit anywhere. All in all, a disappointment. I sent the owner a message about this with photos, but I haven't heard anything back.
