Very nice and well-kept house with exceptional equipment. Very quiet and natural location with good connections. Very friendly and pragmatic support on site.
We had a wonderful vacation in this house. The house was spacious and clean, the owners are very kind and helpful and the house is situated very well, close to the start of many hiking routes and nearby the village of Kaprun.
The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with all facilities. The driveway to the house is very steep. You can walk beautifully from the house (you don't have to take the car to the starting point first). The welcome was warm and clear.

The house is really great. The driveway to the house is very steep but there are 2 great parking places at the house. I would rather choose a different area for skiing because Kaprun and Zell am See are far apart and you will not switch between time.
