Description
This luxurious, detached chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located on a sunny slope in the heart of Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The chalet offers 4 large bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms), 2 of the 4 bedrooms have an extra bunk bed, a fourth bathroom, a modern, spacious living room, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a private wellness area with sauna and shower. There are thermostats in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms that allow you to set the desired temperature of the underfloor heating. This chalet also has a double garage and a large garden, a washing machine and dryer and a ski storage room with ski boot warmer.
Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, 34 lifts, 120 km of slopes and countless ski huts invite you to ski between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach.
In summer as well as in winter, Mühlbach am Hochkönig, part of the Unesco Geopark "Ore of the Alps", is an ideal starting point for your vacation! In the immediate vicinity you will find many opportunities for mountain biking, golf, glacier skiing, paragliding, hiking and horse riding. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the slopes of the Hochkönig ski area, a beautiful and snow-sure ski area with 120 kilometers of slopes. The family and small ski areas of Hinterreit and Hochkeil also offer a special charm.
In summer, the outdoor pool in Mühlbach, the Sommerstein adventure outdoor pool in Maria Alm, Lake Zell in Zell am See or Lake Goldegg offer plenty of bathing fun!
There are enough shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants right in the town, and you can reach the state capital of Salzburg in about 1 hour by car.

The chalet has perfect location. It was very clean and orginaized well. Some remarks: In some point the toilet paper, the garbage bag have finished and we asked more, but the person who was the poc told us that we need to buy ourself. Not all the bed were with linen. No laundery liquid was there ( we buy our self everything) We understand that this is the consept but you dont expect frim tourists that come to ine week to buy all of this. It should come with the chalet, it is basic.
Chalet was very nice. From the equipment everything was also available with the exception of a grill. Furthermore, there was only one hair dryer in the whole house.
We spent our summer vacation in this beautiful, modern and very large house. The reception at the handover of the keys was very warm and friendly. A special highlight for us was the sauna. A real treat after long hikes. The large terrace (heatable) was ideal for an extensive breakfast, dinner or a social get-together. Thank you for this great time. We will be back
Great arrival. Accommodation and surroundings were known to us because we also visited Lindenlodge 2 years ago.
Everything was on arrival, as discussed, prepared. Very nice house with good layout and plenty of space. Environment or road was unfortunately very steep up and down.
Unfortunately, the house has no house number and is therefore not so easy to find. It is unusual and actually unreasonable for tenants to dispose of their waste (waste glass and paper) in the recycling center of the community. Apart from these little things everything was great and we felt very well.
