Chalet Le Loutantin is an authentic chalet in a nice location in the centre of the hamlet Saint-Marcel, near Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. It's located at an altitude of 1,450 m and is part of the very vast skiing domain of Les 3 Vallées. A fantastic skiing area for any skill level.
The first pistes are about 300 m away and at the end of the day you can ski almost up to the chalet (approx. 200 m away). There's a ski bus stop at approx. 150 m.

The chalet is built and renovated in traditional style with lots of wood and natural stone. The fireplace provides an extra tasteful atmosphere during your stay.
The house is part of a larger chalet. It's been furnished in a pleasant, rustic way.
On the ground floor you'll find a hallway with shoe and ski storage, a double bedroom, small kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet.
On the second floor there's a living room with seating area, fireplace, TV, dining area and open kitchen. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the third floor there's a mezzanine under the pitched roof. It features 4 sleeping places including a double sofa bed. There also is a balcony and a few private parking places.

Een groot huis op een prachtige locatie! De rust van de heuvels van Chianti was een perfecte ontsnapping aan het stadsleven. De gastheren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam en we vonden de lokale wijnen die op het landgoed verkrijgbaar waren, heerlijk. We komen zeker terug!
Dit chalet overtrof onze verwachtingen! Het was schoon en goed onderhouden met een warme sfeer. De gastheer was gastvrij en gaf ons geweldige tips over de omgeving. Een echte aanrader!
Het chalet was prachtig ingericht en had alles wat we nodig hadden. We waardeerden de skiopslag, die onze ochtenden een stuk gemakkelijker maakte. De gastheren waren ongelooflijk vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden.
Een fantastisch chalet voor een skivakantie! De nabijheid van Les 3 Vallées was een groot pluspunt. De kinderen vermaakten zich op de nabijgelegen pistes en er was genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren!
De ruimtelijkheid van dit huis was buitengewoon! We hadden genoeg ruimte om te ontspannen en de woonkamer was erg gezellig. Geweldige plek voor gezinnen of groepen.
Dans l'ensemble, une excellente expérience ! La disposition du chalet a parfaitement fonctionné pour notre groupe, et les espaces communs étaient parfaits pour les rassemblements du soir, La chaleur du foyer le rendait confortable pendant les nuits froides
