The location of the holiday home is ideal; in the middle of the famous ski area "Zell am See-Kaprun" and near the centre of Zell am See and Kaprun! Nature, peace and quiet, a sunny location with contemporary comfort are the key words expressed in this holiday home. The ski bus passes almost directly in front of the door and takes you to the Kitzsteinerhorn glacier in Kaprun or to the well-known Zell am See-Schüttdorf. In summer, the area around Zell am See also offers many opportunities such as hiking, cycling and swimming in one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps. For golf lovers, this holiday home is also ideally located. The 36-hole golf course near Zell am See-Kaprun is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria. Favourite excursions in the region include Salzburg (the city of Mozart), Hohenwerfen Castle and the Großglockner. All these places can be reached in less than 1 hour by car.
In the basement you will find a huge hall, 2 spacious bedrooms and a wellness area with sauna. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with open kitchen, which is furnished in a modern way. The sunny balcony offers breathtaking views of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. On the 1st floor, you have no fewer than 4 bedrooms for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful location. Kaprun and Zell am see close by. Wonderful walking and swimming in the beautiful meer.met the ski lifts into the mountains. Very nice environment.
We were with 11 people for the third time in the Alpensonne in Piesendorf. As always, it was very clean and there was really enough space for 11 people. Great view. However, the building would have needed one or the other renovation, especially on the outer facade.Z. B. the lock of the patio door is stuck and the glass top of the second patio table was missing. Since the rental price has risen quite a bit, the price-performance ratio is not quite as good as it was 3 years ago. Anita from Bavaria
Booking with Belvilla everything went well. According to the promises. Very satisfied. The apartment AT-5721-10 in Piesendorf-Fürth in Austria is also fine, everything is there, including sauna and an excellent location. More than enough for 12 people. The locations such as Zell am See and Kaprun 3 min by car or by bus. Free parking at the ski lifts and bus station 100 m from the apartment. Supermarkets also nearby. All a good mood and it will be a super holiday.
The house is big enough for 11 people. The living-dining area is spacious and ideal for a large group with the two dining tables. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and the beds were comfortable. However, one room on the upper floor is very dark and the small single room is difficult to ventilate. The bathrooms are small and could use more light. The layout of the house is good for several families. The sauna and the ski drying room on the ground floor were pleasant. The house is quite close to the valley stations of the Schmittenbahn and Maiskogel valley station (both about 5 minutes by car). Many shops are nearby. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, the house had not yet been cleaned. When we came back at 4 p.m., the cleaning man had left, the door was unlocked and the previous tenants' dirty laundry was piled up in the hallway, the floors hadn't been vacuumed or wiped, one bathroom and two toilets were very dirty. At 6 p.m., after our complaint, the caretaker came and made a makeshift cleaning of the floors. The trash cans in front of the house were still full from the previous tenants and weren't emptied until we left. Waste separation did not take place either. Overall, the house was a bit run down and could use some minor repairs / embellishments (replace missing mirrors and pictures, replace a couch, the outside table needs a table top,...) All in all the house was ok, but for the price we would have expected more.
Basically everything was OK. There are always improvements. Advantages: The apartment is large and offers enough space. Dishes are all sufficiently available. Disadvantages: The pictures in the description are old and should be renewed. There is no fireplace at this property. There is also no infrared carbine. Unfortunately, there is also no snow shovel or a broom or dustpan. But the biggest problem was that the garbage was not cleared. Although urgent attention should be paid to correct waste separation. The bins were already full when we came. Bottles haven't been thrown away in a while. And I'm not even talking about all the pizza boxes. And I prefer not to talk about the residual waste. An improvement would also be to provide only one washing machine and a dryer instead of two. But the location between the two ski areas is good, the bus stop is nearby.
We enjoyed our stay in the house very much. The equipment was impeccable and there was enough space for everyone. The house is being renovated piece by piece. Everything was fine for us. In general, the house is very noisy, it can possibly be difficult with small children who are supposed to sleep. And the playground is unfortunately completely broken and blocked. Our children thought it was a shame. But all in all it was a very nice stay and from Fürth you can get to all the sights very quickly.
