Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains. Very beautiful, cosy chalet "Chalet Roose". 1.5 km from the centre, on a slope. Private: hot tub, terrace. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1.8 km, railway station "Sion" 17.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.1 km.
