In the district of Kaindorf 2 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 21 km from the centre of Schladming, in the residential district, 10 km from the lake, 11 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises.
