This beautiful detached premium chalet for a maximum of 22 people is located in the well-known Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area in Salzburgerland, right on the slopes and the Jausern lift.
The chalet has 3 floors and offers a large living room with a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. From the living room you can access the sunny balcony and from the kitchen you can access the large terrace. The chalet has 9 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 bunk beds) and 6 bathrooms, a wellness area with sauna and a storage room for skis and ski equipment. You can park directly at the chalet.
Saalbach-Hinterglemm is a well-known alpine village and is located in Pinzgau in Salzburgerland, nestled in the Glemmtal between the Pinzgau grass mountains and the Kitzbühel Alps, and therefore offers limitless activity options for holidaymakers. The ski paradise Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn stretches over an incredible 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern lifts. With the Skicircus' ALPIN CARD ticket association with the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area, one ticket opens up a sporty and nationwide winter paradise with 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts in 3 premium ski regions.
The region also has a lot to offer in summer as a top bike region. Ultra-modern cable cars take bikers safely and comfortably up the mountains.
In summer, the Käpt "n Hook adventure pool with a water surface of 1000 m2 offers plenty of bathing fun! Directly in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or in Zell am See you will find numerous shops for your daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car.

Basically a nice holiday home with a beautiful location, traces of intensive use, overdue maintenance and worn furniture does not benefit the qualification. No improvement compared to last year. This is a point that plays a role in our decision whether we want to book this house for next time.
Great house for our group. Also in terms of location. The only point I could mention is that the extractor hood hung dangerously loose in the ceiling above the island.
House was not ready at 4 pm and it was still very dirty in many places. We were not really welcomed normally and there was not a single roll of toilet paper present.
Great house with a great location, you notice a number of elements that the house has now been rented out for a number of years. Beds, furniture and, among other things, (kit) edges should receive some attention.
Great accommodation! Simply recommended. Beautiful panoramic view in the living room. Clean and everything was there. Quiet and relaxed environment. Shops quickly accessible.
Hello! We are now for the second time in this cottage as guests. The arrival was ok, unfortunately because of a mistake (on my part) only 5 beds were made, since I only 5 guests registered. The woman was nice enough and sent someone and made the beds for the other 11 people. What I did not like is that I never was asked which beds should be made out of the house even though I had booked / paid for the whole house (even though it would only have been 5 people). Someone else has decided for me in which room I want to live. I do not think that's professional. 2. I paid the bed linen and the tax for the other 11 people cash, but have not received any bill. Why? 3rd The final cleaning was unfortunately weak. The guests sent me photos of dirt under the beds and in the rooms. Nails, hair and more. I will send you the photos in another e-mail. Otherwise, everything was ok. I like the house and will come again, but the price / comfort ratio is much weaker than last year. We paid more for the house (800 euro plus) and the house was not even cleaned well.
