This luxurious detached chalet is located on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol in the village of Wald (municipality of Wald-Königsleiten). You will have the entire chalet to yourselves, guaranteeing complete privacy. The chalet spans two floors and features extensive use of wood, both inside and out, giving it a truly Austrian character. The ground floor comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a fourth bedroom, a second bathroom, a separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen, and a living room. This living room even boasts an original tiled stove, and you'll have your own private sauna at home! The stove radiates heat through the exterior walls, and you are welcome to use the firewood for it free of charge. The beds will be made upon your arrival. There is a wonderful balcony and a south-facing terrace, both offering fantastic views. Here you can enjoy the last moments of your day in the fresh mountain air. A playground is located nearby for younger guests.

In summer, a visit to the Krimml Waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in Europe, is a must. If you're looking for an active vacation, you've come to the right place. Cycling, mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding, and whitewater tubing are just some of the options available. How about a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the winter wonderland of Wald in Pinzgau? Do you crave even more action? Then, in addition to skiing and snowboarding, consider activities like ski touring, snowshoeing, or tobogganing! There's a free ski bus service.

During your stay, you'll have free access to the magnificent new indoor swimming pool "Kristallbad Wald/Königsleiten" for a few hours each day, located right next to your chalet. The wellness area and restaurant are available for an additional fee.
