This 2,5-rooms flat is situated close to the cable car station in Scuol (Motta Naluns) and is furnished modern, comfortably and cozy. The flat disposes of 5 beds and is very suitable for families. There is a bunk bed with an additional third bed to pull out in the bedroom. This additional bed has a high bed frame and therefore is very convenient for small children who risk to fall out in the night. The big wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. You will find a sofa bed in the living room. The couch has a top quality Bültex-mattrasse (size 160x200) and a slatted frame and guarantees a comfortable and deep sleep. In the well equipped kitchen you can easily cook for 5 persons. The dishwasher helps you with the dishes. The balcony looks toward south from where you enjoy a picturesque panorama over the valley and the mountains on the opposite side. There are many windows and the flat is very sunny. You can use the combined washing-drying-machine which is located in the bathroom. On arrival please check-in at the reception of the Hotel Bellaval next to the apartment (Via da Ftan 494, tel. +41 81 864 14 81). You are expected there. Additional services can be booked at the Bellaval Hotel next door, such as: Bike/mountain bike rental, wellness, additional cleaning, laundry service, catering, etc. The ski school is located next door in the gondola station. Group lessons for children always from Monday to Friday.
