Our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Laret near the village fountain. We have rebuilt the house in 2022/2023. The living room and the kitchen are modern and generously furnished. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed and a large wardrobe. wardrobe. A small room for shower and WC. The valley run Laret, is in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus is also only 2 minutes away. Some of the hiking trails start from the house. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The village centre Samnaun can be reached in 45 minutes with a nice hike. By car approx. 5 minutes. Free of charge: Parking in front of the house. Ski room. W-Lan Internet connection Bus stop 2 min. free bus to the gondola 8 min. Visitor's tax and final cleaning not included in the price and to be paid on site: Visitor's tax 4.- CHF per person and night (from 16 years).
