The big 2 ½ rooms non-smoker apartment (70 m2) for 2 – 4 persons. It is a very generous, sunny, and quiet on the first floor. There are a balcony and a lift with the view to South/West to the mountains. There are carpets and in the living room, an arven furniture a table corner bench, chairs, two sofas. There are also two separate beds as an additional place to sleep In the apartment. There is a double bed (two beds) and a wardrobe in the bed room (a children bed is possible). The kitchen is equipped well with a cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, espresso machine etc. There is a bathroom and WC, a bidet and a separate WC. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumbler in the underground floor. There is a separate room for skis, sledge, bicycle and baby carriage located in the ground floor as well. The apartment is located 30 m to the bus station, 100 m to the super market and walking-routes and cross-country skiing routes and 5 minutes to Furtschellas/ Corvatsch station. There is a courtesy bus to the village and Furtschellas/Corvatsch station in winter. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.   Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.    Welcome to the Engadin. Moreover, a trip on Lake Sils on board Europe’s highest-altitude scheduled cruise boat provides particularly spectacular views of the beautiful Alpine scenery. However, Sils is also the perfect departure point for winter hikes and cross-country ski tours through the wide expanse of the frozen lakes, which trustingly huddle around the Furtschellas. From the Furtschellas, you can get higher still in no time at all – on the Corvatsch, home to the highest summit station in the Eastern Alps (3303m/10,836ft). And from here, 120 kilometres (75 miles) of challenging pistes lead back down into the valley.
