The house is situated in the centre of Silvaplana, in a quiet and sunny location. Cross-country skiing trails can be found 100m away. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The sports centre Mulets is about 5 minutes walk away, where sports like curling, skating, ice hockey, tennis, strength and endurance training, sailing and surfing can be practised. In the sports centre there is a nice restaurant and camping facilities. The Corvatsch, skiing area in winter and starting point of many hikes in summer, is located on the right side of the lake in the village part Surlej, about 700m away. The sports bus leaves every half hour in all directions in winter. Many other winter and summer sports can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away. Directly behind the lake towers the village’s very own mountain, the Corvatsch (3303m/10,836ft), which attracts hikers, free skiers and snowboarders. However, guests can also enjoy their holiday here far removed from such thrill-packed action by relaxing and reenergising in the inspiring Engadin Alpine world.
