This spacious villa offers a peaceful retreat in a quiet residential area, just 7 km from Lloret de Mar and 11 km from the serene Cala Canyelles beach. The villa is ideal for large family holidays, accommodating up to 14 people. The property is set over 295m2 and sits on a generous 1070m2 plot of land. It consists of an independent house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 separate apartments, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom, making it perfect for extended families or large groups. The house is designed for families only, with reservations for young groups under 35 years not allowed.
The villa features a comfortable dining room with a cozy fireplace and TV, ideal for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, and washing machine for all your culinary needs. Each of the apartments includes two single beds, a private terrace, and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and electric stove. The villa also offers a large, private garden with an enclosed swimming pool and a built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Guests can enjoy shared access to a washing machine for convenience.
For families, the residential area offers a private club with tennis courts, children’s swings, swimming pools, and a bar exclusively for clients. The villa is located in a tranquil area with easy access to local attractions and beaches. Optional services include a cot and highchair for young children, as well as the availability of bed linen and towels for an additional fee. Please note that pets are not allowed on the property.

Cipresos is a hidden gem! We enjoyed our time hiking in the nearby mountains and then returning to the comfort of the villa, Highly recommend it!

Ein großartiger Aufenthalt insgesamt! Der einzige Nachteil war die Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt, aber es war machbar, Wir würden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen!
We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Cipresos! De villa was ruim en schoon, perfect voor onze groep van 14. Het privézwembad was een hoogtepunt en bood een verfrissende ontsnapping na een dag van het verkennen van nabijgelegen attracties zoals de prachtige Jardí Botànic Marimurtra. De keuken was goed uitgerust en we genoten van het grillen in de tuin. De locatie was rustig en de gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij. Ik kan niet wachten om terug te keren!
De slaapkamers waren ruim en comfortabel. We hebben hier een fantastische familiereünie gehad en de indeling van de villa bood voldoende privacy wanneer nodig.
