Situated in the pine forest, at the foot of the dune, this 4-star house offers you a haven of tranquillity with the scent of pine trees that will transport you to let your imagination run wild... Between the lake and the ocean, close to the cycle paths, you have the choice of what you want, 10 minutes by bike from Maubuisson where you will find all the shops, but also its lake and 15 minutes from the ocean (Carcans plage). Maubuisson is a family resort par excellence, on one side you have the ocean with its large sandy beaches and on the other side the lake, which also has a sandy beach. A wide range of water sports are available, including stand-up paddle, sailing and pedalos.
Situated on a 700 m² plot, this is a new 95 m² house, south-facing with a large bay window opening onto a 60 m² terrace overlooking the pine forest. The house comprises a 40m2 living room with 3 bedrooms, each with 2 160x200 beds and 1 140x200 bed. A shower room with walk-in shower measuring 1.40m x 1m. Closed garage for a car.
You'll also find plenty to keep you busy, with visits to all the beautiful châteaux of the Médoc's finest wines - ideal for wine lovers! But also the Arcachon Basin, Cap Ferret, the Dune du Pilat, Bordeaux....

Wat een heerlijk toevluchtsoord! Het huis was prachtig ingericht en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor onze gezinsvakantie, We genoten vooral van het ruime terras met uitzicht op het dennenbos, perfect voor koffie in de ochtend, De nabijheid van het meer en de oceaan was een groot pluspunt voor onze kinderen die dol waren op de zandstranden
Prachtig ontworpen vakantiehuis met een rustige tuin, Perfect om te ontspannen na een dag op het strand
Had een geweldig weekend in dit rustige vakantiehuis, De natuurlijke omgeving was verbluffend, en we hielden ervan om samen te koken in de keuken, De nabijgelegen restaurants waren ook een leuke toevoeging, Een prachtige plek om te ontsnappen, ik zou het aan iedereen aanbevelen die op zoek is naar ontspanning
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis was prachtig ontworpen en bood een serene ontsnapping, We hadden geen probleem met het vinden van dingen om te doen, met het meer op een korte fietstocht afstand, Het enige wat we misten was een betere selectie van lokale eetgelegenheden
Maison magnifique parfaitement placée entre le Lac et l'Océan, proche des pistes cyclables, La cuisine est bien fournie avec tous les outils nécessaires pour cuisiner comme chez soi, Stéphane et Céline, les hôtes, sont très chaleureux, Je recommande sans hésiter
Ein gemütliches und geräumiges Zuhause in malerischer Umgebung, Die Kinder liebten es, im privaten Garten zu spielen, während mein Partner und ich die ruhige Atmosphäre genossen, Wir konnten sowohl den See als auch den Ozean leicht erkunden, Würde auf jeden Fall zurückkehren!
