DescriptionThe light-flooded designer holiday apartment COCOON-LAAX is located in the attic of a double chalet and was completely refurbished in 2013. The interior design concept features high-quality materials, calm color combinations, and contemporary designer furniture. Thanks to its loft-style concept with an open room divider, the apartment is exceptionally bright. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm and 160 cm). The bathroom is outfitted with Valser granite. The living-dining room features a fireplace, and the open kitchen includes a dining table for four people, an induction hob, a combined oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a tea kettle, and equipment for raclette and fondue. From the large south-facing balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of Lake Laax and the picturesque village center with its distinctive church tower. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Free Wi-Fi and a TV with Apple TV are available. A shared washing machine, dryer, and sauna are located in the basement. A reserved parking spot in the underground garage on Via Spenda (a 5-minute walk from the apartment) is included. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry services and final cleaning are included in the total price. Location and surroundings The apartment is located on the sunny slope of Laax Dorf and can be accessed via stairs from the visitor parking area. The south-facing balcony offers breathtaking panoramic views and is conveniently close to the Laax Murschetg valley station. The local shuttle bus (operating only in winter) stops approximately 250 meters from the apartment. Various shopping options, bars, and restaurants are available in Laax Dorf, about 850 meters away.
