This 4-bedroom vacation home is a restored villa in Umbria which can house up to 8 people. Located in the hillocks of Magione, it is the perfect fit for a large group. The villa has an attached private swimming pool with sun loungers, functional from May till mid of October. The lush green private garden also overlooks serene and calming view of Lake Trasimeno.
This secluded, rustic villa is nestled amid nature which offers the perfect opportunity for you to take leisure walks or go hiking in the neighbourhood. You can also enjoy a lazy pincic at the lake nearby.
There is a beautiful terrace decked with garden furniture at the luxurious villa, affording the ideal spot to unwind. You can also indulge in barbeque activity or relax by the fireplace in the living room. A maximum of one pet is allowed on the property, and heating and airconditioning services can be availed on charge.

Een zeer mooie accommodatie met veel voorzieningen. De keuken had alle benodigdheden en de gratis WiFi was een fijne toevoeging bij het plannen van onze dagtochten. Over het algemeen een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Casa Sabina, De vakantiewoning was ruim en comfortabel, en we waardeerden het rookverbod, Het zorgde voor een ontspannen omgeving, vooral na een dag in Splash e Spa Tamaro,
Comfortabel, ruim en goed gelegen! Vi waardeerden op de aandacht voor detail in de decoratie, Het uitzicht op de tuin was prachtig en we hebben vele avonden genoten van de frisse lucht op het terras,
Een solide valg for en familietur, De toværelses opsætning var perfekt til os, og vi elskede det udendørs rum, Grillen var et ekstra plus til vores aftenmåltider, Tæt nok på strande og sightseeingsteder,
This was a lovely getaway for our group, The water sports nearby were a highlight, and the apartment offered a welcoming retreat, The views from the balcony were also quite enjoyable!
A great base for exploring the area, We visited nearby Næbbeskov for some nature walks, which was just a short drive away, The holiday home itself had a warm and inviting ambiance,
