Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 400 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Renfe Torredembarra" 4 km, sandy beach "Playa Creixell" 900 m. Walking paths from the house 4 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 35 km, Aquopolis 35 km, Jungle Trek 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: main road 30 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
