Top-floor apartment with a large terrace overlooking the sea in the Lido San Giovanni district, a strategic location for getting around the city of Gallipoli; The property consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two deckchairs, two bathrooms, one of which is outside, a washing machine, air conditioning, and a TV. Ideal for 6 people, it is located 300 meters from the nearest free and equipped sandy beaches and the Gallipoli seafront. Nearby, you will find bars, markets, and restaurants.
Rates include: water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, an initial supply of bed linen, and final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning at the guest's expense or a €50 supplement).
MANDATORY FEES TO BE PAYED ON SITE:
- DEPOSIT: €50 per person (€150 per apartment in the case of family accommodation)
refundable at the end of the stay.
- TOURIST TAX: €1 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights (from 16 years).
OPTIONAL SERVICES REQUIRED ON-SITE CHECK-IN (limited availability, please request at the time of booking):
- BED LINEN RENTAL: €10 per person.
- BATH LINEN RENTAL: €10 per person (includes a set of 3 towels).
- LUGGAGE STORAGE: €3 per bag.
- PETS: Small pets allowed with a €50 surcharge.
- LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: €30 for check-in before 11:00 PM and check-out before 2:00 PM.
- SHUTTLE (from Gallipoli, stop at the reception desk and then to the apartment): €7 per person, round-trip booking €12 per person.
