In the middle of the wonderful and typical Sauerland Valmetal lies the hamlet Untervalme. In the region, the endless hiking possibilities and skiing trails are remarkable. Restaurants serving local cuisine rest at 1 km. The lively town center and the grocery stores are at 3 km. You can visit the lake at 15 km for a pleasant day out. Trips to cities such as Schmallenberg and Winterberg are easily made from here.
The holiday home has central heating. You will find a cozy eating bar in the living room for a great time. To enjoy the German sun, you can linger on the balcony. there are a cot and a high chair for the youngest guests on holiday. A sandpit is present on the playground with other play equipment. Parking is available.

We were there in June, had super nice weather and a great stay. The house was nice, big and has everything you need. Very quiet, perfect for relaxing and our little ones could use the great playground. The landlady was very nice and accommodating, even an extension was easily possible at a great price, all in all a nice holiday we will definitely be back 👍👍👍
Beautiful house in a great area. We were 6 people and dogs had enough space. Friendly hostess. We will go again another time.

we are very satisfied with belvilla, after the reservation we immediately received a counter message and that is not always the case with competitors, hopefully our holiday home is not that bad
on arrival we were received warmly. A small explanation in the house. Enough household goods available. We were a bit wary of paying the electricity afterwards, but that was not so bad. For 1 week in we lost 19 euros (in the summer). There is a nice playground for the smaller children. Also lawns for football. What is an improvement is the curtains that do not fit well with the walls, so that a lot of light still enters.
On arrival a friendly welcome from the hostess and guided tour + explanation about the house. Accommodation is very spacious inside and ideal for 8 people. We have made trips every day in the area. Plenty to do especially for walkers.
