This charming stone house provides a comfortable and stress-free holiday for up to 7 people. The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen and bathroom, while the upper floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and another bathroom. From the bedroom balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view that stretches over the bay. The house is built in traditional Dalmatian style and rustically furnished. The terrace at the front and the garden at the back of the house provide complete privacy and are perfect for children and parents. Guests are welcome to prepare their meals on a nice stone grill and enjoy the shade of a lovely veranda next to the garden. Your house has a great location as it is on a hill overlooking Marina Dalmacija. The nearest beach is only a few hundred meters away, and it has restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Popular tourist destination, the city of Zadar can be reached in a 10-minute drive, as is Zadar Airport, which connects the area with many European destinations.

A lovely vacation home with plenty of room for our group of friends, The two bathrooms were handy, and we enjoyed the balcony view, The hosts were very welcoming too!
Ein absolut bezaubernder Ort zum Übernachten! Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, und die Lage machte es einfach, alles zu erreichen, was wir sehen wollten, Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
We waren aangenaam verrast door hoe charmant het huis was. De rustieke inrichting droeg bij aan de ervaring en de open haard maakte onze avonden gezellig. De locatie is ideaal om Zadar en de omgeving te verkennen.
Ruim en gezellig appartement! Wij voelden ons hier thuis, de kinderen vonden het nabijgelegen strand geweldig en wij hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving. Wij komen zeker terug!
Ik waardeerde de nabijheid van de natuurparken, Het chalet was een beetje eenvoudig, maar voldeed aan de eisen, Een heerlijke ontsnapping als je wilt ontsnappen aan de drukte van het dagelijks leven,
Het hoogtepunt van ons verblijf was absoluut de tuin, het was perfect voor onze kinderen om in te spelen terwijl wij ontspanden, het huis zelf was schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden, inclusief een wasmachine, wat een pluspunt was,
