Do not book this property. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a nightmare from the start. The bathroom door was broken and would not close at all (sliding door wouldn't slide), leaving us with zero privacy for the entire stay. Even worse, the bed was wet when we arrived — completely unacceptable and unsanitary for a property that's supposedly cleaned and inspected between guests. To make matters worse, the upstairs tenants got into such a violent, out-of-control fight that police had to be called to the property. We did not feel safe at any point during our stay. We reported all of this immediately: called the host directly, messaged through the app the morning it happened, and followed up with an email to VRBO support. Despite all three attempts, through three separate channels, nothing was done to fix the situation or offer any kind of resolution. Save yourself time, go book elsewhere.
