The apartment is exceptional: large, cozy and bright, The bedding was clean and cozy, The wifi worked perfectly and we had no problem with hot water or other things, There is everything you need to be independent, Access was easy by transport and the key box is practical for dropping off the keys when you come in a group and have to leave the keys, I recommend!

The accommodation was ideal for 8 visitors, It was convenient because the living area was separate from the bedrooms, offering enough privacy for those sleeping on the pull-out couch, The location was excellent, although the street noise was quite loud, something to bear in mind as there is no air conditioning, and the windows will have to be open most of the time, The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were clean, The place was within walking distance to many eateries and the train station, Unfortunately, there was only one fan throughout the entire unit, which was challenging as it was unusually hot in Paris during our stay, It would be helpful to have a fan in each room, The check-in process was straightforward and the host was responsive, On the whole, I would book this place again for a large group,
The accommodation was incredibly neat and comfortable, My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit there and it was definitely worth the cost, I suggest this place to all,

The apartment is exceptionally clean and cozy, However, it is positioned on the 3rd floor without access to an elevator, which could be challenging if you have multiple bags or luggage, There are numerous supermarkets and a bakery in close proximity, which is quite handy, Unfortunately, we were unable to utilize the sink/lavatory as it was blocked, The proprietor offered to fix it on the second day, The street is somewhat filthy and has a foul odor, with many ***** individuals loitering around,
