Renovated and sunny 2-room apartment on the first floor (no elevator). The beautiful apartment radiates peace and tranquility and is located in the center of Koksijde, near our office, close to all shops and restaurants. The beach is a few hundred meters from the apartment. In short, everything is close by, an ideal location!

Spacious hall, sunny living room/dining room with sofa, 2 club chairs and 1 electric relax chair, table with 4 chairs (extendable for 6 people), modern equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer drawer. The family bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and bath. There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom with double bed (200x180) and a 2nd bedroom for 4 people with two bunk beds (90x200). There is also a parking space for 1 car and private terrace at street level at the back of the building.

Geen maximum, de gastheren zijn supervriendelijk, alles wat je nodig hebt is hier! Perfect voor een familievakantie of om te ontspannen met vrienden. Schoon en gezellig. Niets op aan te merken.

Ruim en gezellig appartement, ideaal voor onze gezinsuitje, De nabijgelegen restaurants en winkels maakten het erg handig
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De gastheren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De keuken was goed uitgerust en we vonden het heerlijk om te BBQ'en op het terras. Een echte aanrader voor een familievakantie!
We vonden de nabijheid van het strand en de lokale attracties geweldig. Het appartement was goed uitgerust en de woonkamer was perfect voor familiebijeenkomsten.
L'emplacement est génial ! Tant de jolis cafés et magasins à proximité, et la plage de Baldus est à quelques minutes, Endroit idéal pour quelques journées plage entre amis
