Beautiful detached holiday villa with beautiful garden and view over a nature reserve of Callantsoog.
Buitenplaats 16 has a bright living room and through the patio doors you enter the terrace with glass windbreak. Thanks to the wind, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine early in spring! At the end of the garden, directly on the water, there is a deck. What a wonderfully quiet spot on the water!
The spacious kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The spacious dining table offers enough space for 5 people. In the hall there is the guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The luxurious bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet.
Country estate 16 has parking space in its own driveway for 2 cars.
What a wonderful, luxurious stay for up to 5 people in this detached, modern villa by the sea! From here it is only a 20-minute walk to Callantsoog beach.
Pets are not allowed here.

The location of this property is fantastic! Just a short drive to nearby attractions like the Automuseum Schagen and beautiful beaches, We had a great time biking around the area, especially near Zwanenwater
We had an amazing stay at the villa! The garden is beautifully kept and the view over the nature reserve is just stunning, We spent every morning sipping coffee on the terrace, soaking in the peaceful surroundings, Highly recommend!
This villa offered all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway, It was clean, well-furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, We appreciated having a washing machine and dryer, making our stay even more convenient
