Nice spacious house where also the children can enjoy themselves inside and outside. Lovely beds and beautiful spacious bathroom, with gigantic bathtub! The surroundings are also nice for walking.

It is a great house. Lots of space, good beds, good shower, great spacious kitchen with all the trimmings. Garden fantastic. Just great.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Lieshoeve! Good and friendly contact with the owner, he even put up blackout curtains because we came with children who still needed a nap during the day. A dining table big enough for the whole family, an outdoor area with a wonderful view, and a fireplace that allows you to sit outside even when the sun is gone. We certainly enjoyed it!

First impression. Where do we end up? But after a warm welcome and information about the house, the worries were gone and turned into enthusiasm. Grandchildren and children had everything that made the stay enjoyable. It lacked nothing in terms of games and playroom and for the culinary activities. Forest environment for wonderful walks and bike rides. It was great for our family of eleven.

We had a great weekend in this super nice house. Everywhere around you you see art and cosy corners with nice seats. The owner is very relaxed and had a drink board ready and beautiful flowers on the table. Very creative rocking chairs and a cool hot tub. Especially with older children or adults really super location!

De Lieshoeve has all facilities for groups of friends and families. The bedrooms are comfortable, there is a large living room and the kitchen is fully equipped. The garden and roof are second to none, spacious and lots of nice places to have a fire or play a game. The welcome by Eric was warm and there was even something nice ready for us. We would definitely come back.

Very nice stay for a family with children. They have so much to discover, both inside and outside. The surroundings are very suitable for cycling and walking tours. Friendly people and all the comfort you can think of.

Lovely house, full of character and space. Much personal attention paid by the owner to the interior, warm welcome, clear explanations and everything present. Unfortunately with us it was too cold and wet to sit outside but even that looked super. Only downside is the second bathroom in the bedroom, the tub you stood in wobbles and is a bit too primitive.

We experienced a fantastic family week at the Lieshoeve! For us, spring 2024 started during our stay in the cosy and comfortable holiday home. Fantastic that Jos and Louis, the family's 2 dachshunds were able to roam on the spacious grassland. The forest is within walking distance and the Talander trail is not far away (but was now flooded). We will be back!

Superb location, some nice attractions nearby. We were less lucky with the weather.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the Lieshoeve! There was so much to do, we didn't leave the grounds just for a walk! EVERYTHING was there... big and small enjoyed. It was also very cool because you could all sit together in different places! We will definitely be back!

Spacious, quiet house with large secure garden. Rooms with washbasin, though only one separate bathroom, and a shower in one room (but manageable).

Super location for larger group or family. The children did not language for outings with the huge garden to play football in and enjoyed themselves for hours in the hot tub. It was very special that they were allowed to help start a fire to heat the water in the tub. Lots of living space in the villa and very complete inventory.

Beautifully renovated farmhouse with lots of art. Well equipped. Lovely large garden with plenty to do for children and several places to make a fire. Forest within walking distance. Super large pool (our children thought it was a swimming pool :)). As far as we are concerned, perfect for a family holiday!

The summer of 2025 started at De Lieshoeve this year! With family and friends, we were able to enjoy a blissful week outdoors. The 2 dachshunds could romp to their heart's content. The peace and quiet on site was so satisfying! Hiking was possible from the house and De Liereman nature reserve is also nearby and worthwhile. An added bonus was the superb catering provided by the Molenhof in Ravels. We had breakfast and also a buffet: delivered on time, very friendly people and super tasty! Highly recommended.

Nice, well-kept large house with great garden. Completely fenced. Ideal for the dogs.

Large and spacious accommodation a short distance from forest. Large garden with swings, climbing rope, hot tub and petanque court. Nice large playroom with bird pecking, shuffleboard, piano and dress-up clothes for bad weather. Quiet location. We did have some noise pollution at night during the Vraai fair from 2 to 6 August. Large bath inside good for 4 people. Leak in kitchen was repaired soon.

we were pleasantly surprised . Eric welcomed us very nicely . beds were all made and a nice snack was ready . We greatly appreciated this . If we had any questions Eric answered us pretty quickly . we were a group of 13 with small children and a dog . this house is perfect for this . Lots of space .

A very nice welcome with small gifts. The picture presented in the photos matches the reality. For the second year in a row, we again enjoyed radiant weather, the hot-tub, the lovely terrace with the fireplace and all the curiosities to discover and the house and its large grounds. Highly recommended for a family with grandparents, children and grandchildren !

Overall experience was very OK, we had a nice weekend with our family!

Fantastic house. Fantastic garden. There's so much to see and discover everywhere. Lots of space. Many possibilities for playing games. We also gained a clear understanding of 'Lies' background. Very beautiful.

Once again, our 5th time at Lieshoeve. It remains a wonderful place to stay with family. There’s more than enough space for everyone. And the children always find plenty to do in the garden/barn. See you next year!

A really great property, plenty of space in the house and on the grounds. There is a lot to discover. It really matches the pictures. A very nice host, lots of space on the premises, and especially the children enjoyed being with the animals (chickens, goats, horses).

What a lovely house and a great host. We were welcomed with an extensive explanation of the house and a little snack. We enjoyed the interior, the terrace, the large garden, and the play area. A nice place to come back to.

De Lieshoeve is a wonderful place to spend a few days. You’ll find everything you could need in this very warm, emotionally decorated home, filled with beautiful works of art. A lovely place that I hope to return to.
