This is a beautiful 2-bedroom holiday home in Haaksbergen for 6 people, located on the edge of a lush green forest. A lake is only 300 m away if you want to take a refreshing dip, or you can just enjoy the view of the woods sitting next to a cosy fireplace.
The Twente area is great for long walks and bicycle trips. If you want to take a nice day trip, take the steam train from Haaksbergen to Boekeloo to visit the salt museum. Only 15 km away is the city of Enschede with various pubs, a cinema, and a go-kart track. You will find restaurants only 200 m from the home and supplies 1 km away.
The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. You're allowed to bring up to 3 pets for a fee of € 25 per pet for the duration of your stay. You can also rent a horse from the stables at € 20 per horse per night.
The Enschede Airport Twente is 28 km away.

Prima huis met mooie tuin voor de hond. Leuk welkomstmandje. Dichtbij prachtig wandelgebied. Persoonlijk vond ik het bed waarop wij sliepen niet heel fijn, maar ben dan ook rugpatient. Dekbedden waren prima en voldoende aanwezig. Schoon huisje en van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren er in de lente en alles was nog kaal, als het zomer is en de heg is dichtgegroeid dan is het een superplekje. Fijne tuinset aanwezig. We hebben er ondanks de vorst in de nacht en ochtend, in de middag al gebruik van kunnen maken. De set staat op een zonnige plek in de luwte.
Leuk huisje vlakbij mooie wandelroutes en fietsroutes. Het was een te kort weekend om alles te zien. Vriendelijk ontvangst in het huisje door eigenaar. Alles aanwezig inclusief een lekkere fles rode wijn

Spacious and clean! The layout was perfect for our group of six, with enough room for everyone, The cozy fireplace was a nice touch for the chilly evenings, We also appreciated the proximity to restaurants, just a short walk away, A great base for exploring the Twente area
Nice place overall! The house was spacious and had a nice vibe, The fireplace was a lifesaver on chilly nights, Also, being close to Enschede for a little nightlife was a plus, The kitchen had all we needed to cook meals, and the hosts were friendly, Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster for streaming, but honestly, we enjoyed being off the grid for a bit
