Waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee while enjoying the Zeeland landscape from your sunny terrace? That is possible in this holiday home! Thanks to its unique location, this villa is the only house on Wulpdal with a garden with lots of privacy and wide views.
The villa can accommodate twelve people and is therefore ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy a well-earned holiday in peace and quiet. Just looking for a nice place in beautiful surroundings for during your workout? Then you have come to the right place too. The house has a desk so you can create a nice (home) workstation.
This holiday home is the perfect base for nature and water lovers. It is located 300 metres from De Oosterschelde national park where you can go for lovely walks and cycling tours. Enjoy the beach in summer, go diving or sailing in the area or take the ferry to Yerseke for fresh mussels and oysters.
On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a separate toilet, the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, you walk onto the covered terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue and which, thanks to the lounge set, is a pleasant place to hang out with family and friends. The first floor has four bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a cot, a desk, spacious bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. In front of the house there is private parking including charging facilities for an electric car.

We hadden een fantastische verblijf in deze ruime villa! De tuin was perfect voor de kinderen om in te spelen terwijl wij genoten van de prachtige uitzichten vanaf het terras, Wakker worden met zo'n mooi landschap elke ochtend was een echte traktatie, De locatie is ook geweldig voor het verkennen van het nabijgelegen Nationaal Park Oosterschelde, waar we genoten van enkele mooie wandelingen, Sterk aanbevolen voor gezinnen!
Prachtig huis met 4 badkamers, 3 toiletten, 2 ovens en een ruime koelkast, Erg handig voor grote groepen! Alles was heel schoon, We hebben een geweldig weekend gehad!
Comfortabel verblijf met voldoende ruimte voor onze groep, Keuken was goed uitgerust en barbecue på terrassen var en höjdpunkt, Stark rekommenderat för familjesammankomster

I stayed here with a group of friends, and we were all impressed by how well-maintained the villa was, The living area was perfect for our game nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed, Easy access to cycling routes around the area was a bonus
A lovely retreat for families or groups looking to unwind, The privacy of the property is a standout feature, and we loved the proximity to the beach, We even took a ferry to Yerseke for fresh seafood! Would definitely return
