Herkingen is a small village in the Netherlands, located on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee. From Herkingen, you can explore the island perfectly, but neighbouring Schouwen-Duiveland is also worth a visit. All major beaches are within easy reach and the immediate surroundings offer beautiful cycling and walking paths through nature reserves and dunes.
