Description
This is a renovated, cozy dike house on the edge of a typically Dutch landscape in Schoondijke. The house has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families. From the enclosed garden with a large terrace you look out over the Tragel, a historic canal.
The house is only 4 km from beautiful, wide sandy beaches. About 1 km away you will find the center of Oostburg, where you will find all necessary shops. This dike house is located right along a cycle route that takes you to the cycle ferry, which takes you across the Western Scheldt to Vlissingen. The historic cities of Bruges and Ghent are easily accessible. The seaside resorts of Knokke, Cadzand and the fortified town of Sluis are also worth a visit.
The attractively furnished house has a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with shower and bath.

The description based on photos is a bit deceiving. The cottage is very small, and actually not suitable for 4 adults. The veranda is large! but then the weather must be nice and not too blowing. The kitchen is in need of renewal, the fridge is much too small so you have to do your shopping every day and the cleaning could be a lot better!Cobwebs everywhere, broken glass in the cupboard, coffee splashes on the side of the coffee tables, .....
weekend stay from 29-04-2022 to 02-05-2022A very nice holiday home with spacious rooms and very neat. In good weather there is a small garden with a very nice terrace where it is cozy to stay. It was also ideal for the dog, he could walk around freely. The cottage is a bit remote which is great for a weekend of rest, nice walks and close to beautiful coastal towns.
Was a cozy house and fully equipped.
Well located house. Beautiful. Beautiful enclosed garden with a roof. The only major lack is an oven. So no bake-off sandwiches in the morning. As a result, we go out every day to get bread.
Nice house and quiet. Large enough for 4 people. Nice garden where Le can sit. Between the fields.Cycle and hiking nodes nearby. Everything is present in the house. Had a top week
We had a pleasant week. It was a cozy nice and clean house. Well heated. Our dog also enjoyed it. Blissfully walked and played on the beach. Is well located, quiet and yet close to Breskens and Sluis. We will definitely come back!
