Apartment Iva is situated only a kilometer from the UNESCO protected historic town of Trogir. Located on a hill surrounded by reach vegetation it provides its guests with a peaceful stress free vacation.
Spacious, 190 square meters accomodation is consisted of 2 separate units with private entrances.
Ground floor unit features 2 double rooms, a dining room with modern kitchen, bathroom and a nice covered terrace.
First floor unit features elegantly decorated living room with direct access to the 32 square meter covered terrace, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, Wc and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
You are welcome to relax in a beautiful garden with open fire place. There, you can find shade under a kiwi tree and have a drink or dine.
The neareast beach can be reached in a car drive of no more than a few minutes or a short 15 minute walk.
Local restaurant is only 300 meters away.
Trogir, with its rich cultural heritage is within a few minutes driving distance. There you can enjoy in picturesque summer atmosphere and walk through little, narrow streets full of bars, little restaurants, shops and much more.
Pearl of Adriatic, Split is only 25 km away while National park Krka waterfalls can be reached in 1 hour trip.
Also, Dubrovnik, Zadar and National park Plitvice lakes can all be visited in a one day excursion.

Joffrey's apartment was exactly as described, The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, the shower was great, there was plenty of storage, and the Smart TV was very good, It was an easy walk to the local Metro, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and more, The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building on a quiet side street, We are very happy with our decision and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to other travelers visiting Paris,

Joffrey's apartment was perfect for our trip to Paris! The size was quite small, as is common in Paris, but it was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable! The location was fantastic,
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! De locatie was perfect om Trogir en Split te verkennen, beide rijk aan geschiedenis. De kinderen genoten van het zwembad en wij waardeerden de goed onderhouden tuin.
Zeer ruim en goed uitgerust voor onze familievakantie. We vonden vooral de privacy prettig doordat de twee units een aparte ingang hebben. Een geweldige keuze als u met meerdere gezinnen of een grotere groep reist.
