This delightful holiday home is located near the famous Gerostein, in the quiet village of Burscheid. In the garage under the house, you can safely park a car or several motorcycles or bicycles. On the first floor, there is a comfortable living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a fenced garden at the back, where you can relax on the terrace or in the lounge area. Finally, pets are warmly welcomed

Gerolstein, centrally located in the volcanic Eifel region along the Kyll River, is well-known for its spring water. But it is also renowned for its beautiful nature and rock formations. The area is often referred to as the Dolomites of the Eifel. This region is therefore ideal for nature lovers, hikers, motorcyclists, and climbers.

From the house, you can easily walk into the forest towards the Dietzenley, the highest peak of the Gerolsteiner Land, offering stunning views over the Vulkaneifel. If you continue walking towards Gerolstein, you'll pass by the Waldkugelbahn Silvadrom, an enjoyable interactive nature experience that is highly recommended for both young and old! Gerolstein itself has charming eateries, and from here you can explore the region by train.

For the active, there is the Gerolsteiner Acht trail, a route of 17.5 km with an elevation of 481 meters. Adventurers can try their hand at climbing steep cliffs in Gerolstein or grab a flashlight to explore the Buchenlochole, a large cave once inhabited by Neanderthals.
