The spacious west-facing balcony offers magnificent panoramic and partial sea views.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in both rooms and windows extending to the roof (up to 4 meters high) make the apartment bright and welcoming.

The generous living room with integrated dining area features a large leather sofa bed with an express bed function (including mattress), providing the option of an additional guest. A 48-inch flat-screen cable TV, Blu-ray/DVD player (with a large selection of Blu-rays and DVDs), stereo system with DAB+ and internet radio, free Wi-Fi, and free landline telephone provide all the comforts of home. The gallery above the living room (approx. 8 m²) offers an ideal retreat for children and teenagers.

From the living room, you have access to the large, furnished (including a beach chair), covered west-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent panoramic and partial view of the Baltic Sea.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. It also offers ample space for a baby cot (available).
The modern kitchen (built in 2025) is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, four-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes.
The modern, bright bathroom (built in 2025) with a spacious shower area is equally inviting. A hairdryer is provided.
This allergy-friendly apartment features underfloor heating throughout, vinyl and laminate flooring, and tiles in the bathroom.
A designated parking space is available in the building's spacious underground garage. Two storage rooms for prams and bicycles, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers, are also available in the basement.
