Directly at the sea and the beach of El Vendrell, between Barcelona (50 minutes by train, bus or car) and Tarragona (30 minutes). Quiet area, family-like atmosphere (mainly local tourism), and a wide sandy beach (one of the beaches with the highest iodine content of the Costa Dorada). This beach is monitored by lifeguards in July and August (lifeguard stations are only 50m away). This is an apartment which is situated on the top floor of a three-floor building. The apartment has four rooms. There is a living room (view of the sea) with digital television (in the original language). The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven and glass ceramic hob, among others. The beach promenade (pedestrian precinct) and the beach are in front of the house. There is a terrace (table and chairs) with a panoramic sea view. The minimum stay for this apartment is 6 to 7 days, a maximum stay of 14 days is possible. Bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities (including kiosks, pharmacy, groceries for your daily needs, among others) are within walking distance, while large markets are about three kilometres away.
