The quiet village of Święcianowo, 10 km from a larger town (Sławno), 5 km from the lake (Ostrowieckie Lake), where there is a beach and water equipment rental. The trip to the seaside is only 25 km. The immediate surroundings of the house are meadows, forests and an idyllic landscape. Lots of opportunities for walks and bike rides in natural areas.
Large holiday villa. 180 sq m of living space, 5 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is located on a huge, fenced plot (5000 sq m). The house is well-equipped and is a perfect accommodation for groups and families with children. In addition to bedrooms and bathrooms, there are as many as 2 kitchens available on site. The first one, perfectly equipped, is connected to a spacious living room (large table, fireplace). The second kitchen is in a separate room. On the first floor, in addition to 4 separate bedrooms, there is an additional living room with TV. Wireless internet is available.
The surroundings of the house allow you to spend time outdoors. The large lawn creates a setting for many different games and activities. There is also a place for a bonfire and a garden shed, where you can spend a nice, social evening.
The owner of the house lives in the same village (approx. 1 km away) and is always available to help or advise. He has a fishing pond stocked with fish next to his house, where he invites guests to go fishing (for an additional fee; if necessary, you can also rent basic fishing equipment). The owner of the facility also has fish ponds where he breeds trout. It is possible to buy such fresh fish straight from the pond.
The price of the stay includes: bedding, electricity and water consumption, firewood, internet, parking, baby cot, high chair.
The main attraction here are the natural values, vast meadows, dense forests, perfect for hiking, walking and cycling. In case of bad weather, we suggest a trip to Koszalin. It is worth visiting the large, attractive water park, especially with children.

Deze villa is een hele vibe! De weiden en bossen eromheen zijn perfect voor relaxte wandelingen en fietstochten, De opzet is super ruim, absoluut ideaal voor gezinnen of groepsreizen, 2 keukens? Grote overwinning, Bonuspunten voor de gezellige kampvuurplek! Kan niet wachten om terug te gaan
We hadden een geweldige tijd in deze villa! Het was groot genoeg voor onze groep, en het buitenterrein was perfect voor barbecues en kampvuuravonden, De visvijver in de buurt was een leuke toevoeging, en onze kinderen genoten ervan om te proberen wat vis te vangen, Al met al een geweldige ervaring
We vonden de villa erg comfortabel en goed uitgerust, De locatie was rustig, waardoor het perfect was voor een vredige ontsnapping, We waardeerden ook de nabijheid van het meer voor wat wateractiviteiten, Zou aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een plattelandsontsnapping
Hier verblijven was echt een vibe check! De eigenaar is super chill en heeft zelfs een visvijver! Huis is schoon en ruim, perfect voor alle groepsselfies, Wi-Fi was ook goed, dus foto's plaatsen was gemakkelijk, 10/10 zou aanbevelen
De grote tuin was fantastisch voor buitenactiviteiten, en het kampvuurgebied zorgde voor gezellige avonden
We hadden een geweldig verblijf in de vakantievilla in Święcianowo! Het huis was ruim en goed uitgerust, perfect voor onze gezin van vijf, De kinderen vonden het geweldig om rond te rennen in de enorme tuin, en wij genoten van gezellige avonden bij de open haard, De locatie is vredig, omgeven door prachtige weilanden en bossen, en het meer is slechts een korte rit verwijderd voor wat plezier in de zon, De eigenaar was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en stelde zelfs geweldige visplekken in de buurt voor, We gingen weg met prachtige herinneringen en zouden zeker terugkomen!
