In St.Clair near Le Lavandou (30 km from St Tropez) on a piece of land of 1 hectare, overgrown with cork oaks and green parasol pines, lies this cottage in a supremely quiet location, with the sandy beach of St.Clair and the azure blue Mediterranean Sea at a distance of only 600 m. You can find a front terrace of approximately 12 x 3 m with a sea view.
Le Lavandou is a typical southern French seaside resort, with lots of greenery, a marina and cozy shops and restaurants.
Picturesque Bormes-les-Mimosas, famous for its many flowering plants, is well worth a visit.
The property has two bedrooms, sleeping up to 5 people. There is a living room with a kitchen corner, in which there is a well equipped kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large fridge and freezer, a Senseo and filter coffee maker and an electric kettle. Air Conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
A small supermarket is within walking distance and you can enjoy the many sights and restaurants in the area.
St. Clair is less than half an hour's drive from Toulon/Hyères airport, with regular flights from Rotterdam, Paris, Luxembourg and London. Nice and Marseille are under 2 hours drive.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf hier! Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was prachtig, vooral tijdens de zonsondergang, Het is een geweldige plek als je op zoek bent naar rust weg van de drukte, De nabijgelegen stranden waren fantastisch en we genoten van het diner bij Le Mazet vlakbij, De gastheren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Zeker een plek om opnieuw te bezoeken!
Wat een heerlijke parel! De gite was gezellig en bood een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, We genoten van ons ochtendkoffie op het terras, terwijl we de rust van de omgeving in ons opnamen, Het strand was slechts een korte wandeling verwijderd, wat het perfect maakte voor onze familie, Sterk aanbevolen!
Great spot if you want peace and quiet, The air conditioning worked well, and the bedrooms were nice, Just a little tricky finding it at first, but once there, it was perfect for relaxing, Local shops nearby made it easy to grab snacks, No regrets!
Notre séjour dans la gîte confortable de Le Lavandou a été tout simplement délicieux, L'emplacement est serein, entouré de chênes-lièges et de pins luxuriants, et à quelques pas de la belle plage de Saint-Clair, La terrasse avec vue sur la mer était notre endroit préféré pour le café du matin, La cuisine était bien équipée, ce qui facilitait la préparation des repas, Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade paisible !
Der Eigentümer ist sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam
Wir sind gerade von einer Woche in der Gîte zurückgekehrt, und es war wunderschön, Der Strand war so nah, und wir genossen die friedliche Atmosphäre, Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, was großartig für die Zubereitung von Familienmahlzeiten war, Wir würden auf jeden Fall für einen weiteren entspannten Urlaub zurückkommen!
