This gîte is located in the centre of the estate, in the old farmhouse. The sofa bed provides flexibility depending on the composition of the family, but the accommodation is designed for the nominal capacity indicated. The top bunk bed is not authorised for children under 6 years of age. All the accommodation is fully furnished and equipped and has a terrace with garden furniture. They also have a mini hi-fi system and/or a CD-radio/alarm clock. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout. Bed linen and towels can be provided. TV and DVD player available for hire. It obviously becomes busier in July and August with children and teenagers, but the estate is very large and most of the accommodation is away from the centre of life (with the exception of the gîtes). You'll have no trouble relaxing on your private terrace or in the surrounding meadows while your children play together. Gavaudun is a small medieval village, dominated by its 11th-century château with a remarkable keep, nestling between the Lot and Dordogne valleys, close to the majestic châteaux of Biron and Bonaguil, and the bastides of Monflanquin and Monpazier.
