This rural location guarantees a relaxing stay, whether with family or friends. The renovated two-storey house has a total surface area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to eight people. The 100 m² ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, relaxation area and laundry room. The living room has a wood-burning stove and a comfortable seating area with a leather sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo. In front of the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped, there is a dining table for eight. There is also a relaxation area. Here, you can take a nap on the single sofa bed (90 x 190 cm) or read. There is a selection of books and board games, as well as a children's play area. Of the two bedrooms, one has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other a single bed (90 x 200 cm). A cot is available on request. The downstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and waste separation bins. The first floor alone offers 50 m2 of living space. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can easily be combined to form a double bed. The second bathroom has a shower and WC. All bedrooms have electric heating. The south-facing terrace is furnished with a sofa, parasol, four sun loungers and barbecue. A small patio with a table and two chairs completes the exterior. The 500 m2 garden is completely enclosed. The 250 m2 car park has space for three cars. There is also a storage room for your bikes, surfboards or fishing gear. Please note that the house is not suitable for wheelchair users as the ground floor extends over two levels. Firewood and an internet connection are available free of charge. Our gîte is classified 4* meublé de tourisme. Shops, a restaurant and a pharmacy are just two kilometres away. The lake is the same distance away. The sea and sandy beaches are seven kilometres away.
