Spend a lot of time on the beautiful sandy beach, cycle to the cliffs and stroll through the pedestrian zones of the two districts. The popular bathing resort is also an ideal starting point for interesting day trips to Wismar or Rostock. A special experience is the trip on the Molli bathing express, which regularly commutes between Kuehlungsborn and Bad Doberan in the summer months. If you like it maritime, set sail with the White Fleet or simply enjoy the casual, sophisticated atmosphere in the chic marina. You should definitely plan a boat trip to Warnemünde. The journey there takes about 90 minutes. In the port of Warnemünde you can marvel at the large ferries and cruise ships up close.
