Penthouse Duinerei C301/302 is a fantastic group accommodation by the sea. It can rightly be called a penthouse with a beautiful view over the Dunes, lots of space, double balcony, fully equipped. The Penthouse also has a nice Wellness in the form of a luxurious Finnish sauna. The penthouse is literally at the foot of the Dunes and can accommodate 8 people.
From the elevator you enter your accommodation directly. The spacious penthouse is luxuriously furnished with a spacious living area, two sitting areas and a nice dining table in the center of the room. The semi-open kitchen is extremely complete. From both balconies you have a sublime view over the beautiful polder landscape and the beautiful dunes of Groote Keeten!
The penthouse has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms including a bath and sauna, both directly accessible from a bedroom. There is also a guest toilet in the penthouse.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the storage cupboard. You have both a garage and a private parking space at the complex. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
This unique penthouse has everything for a luxurious holiday by the sea.

Impeccably clean and well-equipped, A delightful retreat just a short walk from Callantsoog Beach
We had such a great time at the penthouse! The views from the balconies are breathtaking, especially during sunset, I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, made cooking meals feel so easy and relaxed, The sauna was a nice touch after a long day at the beach and exploring the area, Just a short walk to Callantsoog Beach, which was perfect for morning walks, Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, I didn't mind disconnecting for a bit! Would totally recommend this place for families or groups

The views from the double balconies were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset, The sauna was a fantastic touch after long walks on the nearby beaches, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for our group, Overall, a perfect getaway by the sea!
