Duinland XL consists of two separate holiday bungalows—Duinland 89 and Duinland 90—under one roof, with a total living area of approximately 100 m². Each unit has its own private entrance, living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms (six bedrooms in total). Please note: there is no internal connecting door between the two bungalows, and no shared indoor area that accommodates a group of 10–12 people dining or gathering together in a single space.
Each bright and spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. This makes Duinland XL ideal for two families or smaller groups traveling together who would like to stay close while still enjoying privacy and individual space.
Outside, guests can enjoy two terraces and one large shared garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Pets are also welcome—up to 2 dogs can join your holiday.
Set in a wooded park across from the beautiful dunes of Sint Maartenszee, this accommodation offers a peaceful and family-friendly retreat close to nature.

Dated holiday home, outdated kitchen, ice cold bedroom, chair upholstery with tears. It seems as if the reviews that are at this house are about another guis, we could not find the fireplace and modern, complete kitchen. The area is beautiful and the house was very clean.
Een perfect uitje voor familie en vrienden! De indeling van de bungalows zorgde ervoor dat we samen tijd konden doorbrengen, maar toch voldoende privacy hadden. De stranden in de buurt waren geweldig en we hebben heerlijk genoten van de omgeving. We komen zeker terug!
Zeer ruim en schoon, We hadden een geweldige tijd met grillen op het terras en genoten van de frisse lucht, De bedden waren comfortabel, en het was fijn om twee badkamers te delen met onze grote groep, Geen klachten hier!
Ons verblijf in Duinland XL was fantastisch! De ruime indeling was perfect voor onze twee gezinnen, waardoor we voldoende ruimte hadden om te ontspannen en samen tijd door te brengen, De tuin was een hoogtepunt
Als je op zoek bent naar een vredige ontsnapping, dan is dit de plek! De bosrijke parksetting is prachtig, en de twee terrassen bieden perfecte plekken om te ontspannen, We mochten onze honden meenemen, wat ons verblijf nog beter maakte, Zou graag terugkomen!
