This dune villa with a unique location on the dune lake is built with high-quality materials and is beautifully finished down to the smallest details.
The dune villa is characterized by a hip and stylish interior, but where the beach feeling is immediately evoked by various elements! How about a drink and dinner together at the spacious table on the terrace with a unique view of the mill? The very wide garden has an unparalleled view of the dune lake and is very private, giving you the ultimate holiday feeling! Enjoy a nice book and a good glass of wine in the spacious lounge corner.
Via the stairs in the living room you reach the first floor where there are three bright double bedrooms with comfortable beds. In addition, you can relax at the end of a beach day in your luxurious bathroom. For daily shopping you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance.
“Please note: there is 1 parking space next to the mill for each accommodation.” Egmond has a real family beach with a length of no less than 8 kilometers, so you can take long beach walks against the setting sun while the children look for shells. In the vicinity of the apartment, nature offers you a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself. You are also close to the picturesque artist village of Bergen and the lovely city of Alkmaar for a day of shopping or a visit to one of the many catering establishments.

The house was close to a water, where frogs were croaking during the night, which sometimes kept us from sleeping. We had to sleep with the window open, because there was a winter duvet on our bed .. The other lesser thing was that the dishwasher did not work and that the Nespresso leaked water during the day, despite the fact that we had amply indicated that the dishwasher did not work, it was not made during our stay. We haven't even received any feedback.
Truly a great place to relax. Small-scale park tehn Egmond aan Zee. Great for walking or cycling in the area.
In the house you feel very comfortable. The location is super nice and quiet. Everything you need is there. Grill, fireplace and even a refrigerator with ice cube function. We'd love to come back!
Lovely house with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful week together. The cottage is fully equipped and you can walk into the dune area via a path next to the cottage. We definitely recommend and stay here!
Duinpark in Egmond is a beautiful small holiday park. The houses are located in the dunes and are excellently and comfortably furnished. Almost every house has its own sauna and in the middle of the park there is an old mill. Egmond aan Zee is a short walk away, where there are nice little shops, restaurants and the beach. You can cycle to Alkmaar, Bergen aan Zee, Bergen, Castricum and Schoorl in about 45-60 minutes. The dune landscape around Egmond invites you to shorter but also longer hikes. We have already been to Duinpark Egmond twice and will be going back again next year.
The park is in a very nice location and the distance to the sea is ok. The rented house could use a few cosmetic repairs, but it is perfectly fine. The on-site support was very good, thank you very much for the great service.
