Going on holiday with the whole family? What could be more relaxing than relaxing in a jacuzzi after a long walk on the beach or a beautiful day at the beach?
Villa Duinvink has a modern interior and a high level of finishing. The Villa is ideal for families, but also for several couples or as a family. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. This makes the house extremely user-friendly for everyone.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary built-in appliances. The luxurious living room has a cozy wood stove and through the patio doors you can step into the garden where you can enjoy your own jacuzzi. Underfloor heating in the living room provides a lot of comfort in the house.
This modern and luxurious Villa has everything for a fantastic holiday, all the more so because you have the North Holland beach a few minutes by bike. In the spring you stay in the middle of the bulb fields and trips to Alkmaar or Texel are easy to make. Even in Amsterdam you can travel within an hour.
The house is built to be energy efficient. Solar panels generate energy needs. The house is gas-free and heated via a heat pump. As a result, your holiday is extremely energy-conscious.
This beautiful and freshly furnished villa is located about 2 kilometers from the dune entrance to the beautiful wide beach of Sint Maartenszee. Via a walking and cycling path you walk through the wide row of dunes to the beach. Your beloved pet is very welcome. 2 dogs are allowed in villa Duinvink. The fenced garden allows your dog to move freely. Parking is available directly at the house.
In short, a wonderful holiday villa for the whole family, close to the beach and sea!

Unsere fünfköpfige Familie verbrachte eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Villa, Es gab genug Platz für alle, und wir schätzten besonders die drei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die es den Großeltern erleichterten, sich zu bewegen, Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was uns erlaubte, unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, und wir genossen mehrere Grillabende im schönen Garten, Die nahegelegenen Strände waren fantastisch, und wir hatten viel Spaß beim Erkunden der Umgebung, Ein sehr praktisches und angenehmes Ferienhaus!
Wij hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad in Villa Duinvink! De indeling was ideaal voor onze groep, met drie slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping. Ook de huisdiervriendelijke opzet was een groot pluspunt voor ons. Onze hond vond de omheinde tuin geweldig. Een echte aanrader!
