Excellent place, the host's attention was outstanding, he responded quickly, it is very close to everything, he was efficient, precise and we did not experience any inconvenience
We had an incredible experience during our visit! The hosts were extremely accommodating and prompt, even helping us with an adaptable check-in, Their accommodation was precisely as portrayed, The air conditioning functioned excellently, which was essential as the temperature rose above 90F during our stay in Paris, The location was very secure and conveniently accessible to major points of interest, We were fortunate to meet both the owner and manager personally, who were both delightful, hospitable and regularly assured that our stay was pleasant, Thank you immensely for such a marvelous experience!
The accommodation matched the description provided in the listing, It boasts a fantastic location, with a mere 5-minute walk required to reach Madeleine metro station, Additionally, if you're into luxury shopping, you'll find all the high-end boutiques just around the corner, While the listing suggests it can accommodate 6 people, it might feel a bit tight, It suited our family of 4 perfectly though, Do note, the flat is situated on the first floor and lacks an elevator, which may pose a challenge for those with mobility constraints, If we happen to visit Paris again, we would certainly consider staying here,

Pros: fantastic location, 5 minutes from Place Concorde metro, Cons: kitchen equipment is a bit limited for 5 people, only one pot and a small frying pan for example,
