Description
This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of three bedrooms on the ground floor or two bedrooms on the ground floor and the third bedroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the remaining bedrooms each have two single beds. You will also find a bathroom, a shower room and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €60 per week.

Ruime villa met een geweldige indeling, De kinderen waren dol op het zwembad, en wij genoten van onze eigen tuin, De nabijgelegen restaurants boden heerlijke maaltijden, vooral L'Authentique, Zou het aanbevelen aan gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een ontspannen retraite
We loved our stay at this villa! It was super spacious, and the private pool made it feel like a mini vacation, The kitchen had everything we needed, but we wished there were more towels, The BBQ area was nice too! Definitely recommend it for a chill getaway
Great villa with plenty of space, The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, and the living area was comfortable, We spent a lot of time by the pool, Definitely a good spot for families seeking some sun and relaxation
Très propre et accueillant, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage, Le jardin était immense et bien entretenu, parfait pour nos barbecues du soir, Un peu bruyant à cause des routes voisines, mais rien de trop dérangeant, Je reviendrai certainement !
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis, La villa était très bien équipée, et nous avons apprécié la piscine privée, Il faisait un peu frais lors de notre visite, mais nous avons fait de notre mieux avec quelques barbecues amusants, Un excellent endroit pour une escapade en groupe
La villa était charmante, mais je m'attendais à ce qu'elle soit un peu plus proche de la plage, C'est une courte distance en voiture, ce qui est gérable, mais pas idéal pour des allers-retours rapides à la plage, D'un autre côté, le salon était confortable et l'ambiance générale était relaxante
