Prime location beautiful well equipped villa with pool e.g. garden. Ideal for families with children. There is also a playground.

Ladies and Gentlemen We spent our vacation with the Santin family in the Chalet de Lucia in Teulada. The pool was beautiful, we also really liked the grill and our contact person on site was very attentive. However, there were a few really not good points that didn't match the description! Our children slept on the second, lower floor of the main building. According to the description, there was a movable air conditioning system, unfortunately this was not a real air conditioning system and could not cool the lower floor properly at all. It was unbearably hot for our children to sleep. Above all, one room could practically not be cooled with the device when it was closed with the dividing door (no real door, no privacy). That's why our daughter spends the whole time sleeping on the sofa in the living room. During our stay the air conditioning went off twice upstairs. The contact person at the villa always tried to restore everything as best as possible. But this wasn't always possible and so we had to sleep twice without air conditioning. Without air conditioning it was really unbearably hot. Our son's double bed had also been broken since the start of the holidays and could not be repaired until the end of the holidays due to the workman's absence. They had to be very careful not to break the emergency repair. This was also unpleasant. It was also a shame that the house was plagued by ants. The ants were just everywhere. There were far too few dishes in the main building for a house of this size that can be booked for so many people. This meant that the dishwashing machine, sometimes not full, had to be left on after every meal.
